Partner

• Membership status for non-governmental organizations.
• Organization must have a disaster response commitment or resources to meet the needs of people impacted by disaster without discrimination.
• Partner members will have one vote per organization.
• Temporary memberships are also available for organizations with limited operational scope or service area.

Associate

• Membership status for government agencies.
• Organization must have a disaster response commitment or resources to meet the needs of people affected by disaster without discrimination. 
• Associate members will not be voting members.
